At Resin & Realness, every order is prepared with care to ensure your handmade resin jewellery arrives safely and beautifully packaged. Please read the following details about how we process and ship your order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Custom or made-to-order items may take slightly longer, and any extended processing times will be clearly noted on the product page.

Packaging

Each item is carefully wrapped in protective bubble wrap and placed inside an organza gift bag for presentation.

We do not include boxes in order to keep shipping costs low and reduce unnecessary packaging waste.

Shipping Methods and Rates

We ship from Lincolnshire, United Kingdom, using trusted postal and courier services.

UK Orders: Sent via Evri or Royal Mail First Class as a Large Letter when possible.
Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days.
International Orders: Sent via Royal Mail International Standard or Tracked service, depending on destination.
Delivery times vary but typically range from 5 to 15 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will appear before you confirm your order.

Tracking Information

Tracking is provided for international and higher-value orders. You will receive an email with tracking details if your shipment qualifies.

Delays and Customs

Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to postal delays, weather conditions, or customs processing for international orders. Resin & Realness is not responsible for customs fees, import taxes, or delays caused by customs inspections.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time,

We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
