At Resin & Realness, every piece is handmade with care. We want you to love your purchase, but if something is not right, we are here to help. Please read our policy below for information on refunds, returns, and exchanges.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact resinnrealness@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Returns
Because each item is individually handmade and unique, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Refunds are only available for items that arrive damaged or not as described.
If a return is approved, the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. You will be notified by email when your refund has been processed.
Refunds are sent to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
Custom or Personalised Orders
Custom or personalised items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Lost Packages
If your package does not arrive within a reasonable time frame, contact us and we will investigate with the postal service. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
